CISCO- Lenora (Baker) Speegle, age 68, of Cisco, passed away Saturday, October 25, 2008 in Abilene. Services were held Tuesday, October 28, 2008 at 10:00 AM in the Summers-Chambers Funeral Home Chapel with Howard Stovall and Terrell Jackson officiating. Interment followed at Scranton Cemetery under the direction of the Summers-Chambers Funeral Home. Lenora Baker was born February 8, 1940 in Rotan, Texas to Charlie and Anna L. (Hittson) Baker. On September 1, 1972 she married Robert Bruce Speegle in Corpus Christi, Texas. They were blessed with two children. Lenora was a homemaker and a member of Mitchell Baptist Church. Lenora was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers. She is survived by her husband Robert, of 36 years; her son, Robert Bruce Speegle, Jr.; her daughter, Dena Moore; and three grandchildren. Lenora will be deeply missed by all of her family and friends. Published in Cisco Press.
