Please permit an 87 year old man (OHS'58, Texas Tech'66) to share something that he accomplished on Feb 17, 1962, as Texas Tech’s bowling team captain. 

HE (I) BOWLED THE FIRST 300 GAME "EVER BOWLED" IN "ANY INTERCOLLEGIATE COMPETITION".

This was during the Association of College Unions Region lX Face-to- Face Bowling Tournament at the University of Texas Union Lanes in Austin, Texas. (February 16,17, 1962).
